I visited Falmouth, Jamaica for a Catamaran sail, and snorkel as part of a cruise excursion in 2023. When done with the activity, I bought Jerk Chicken with “tostones” (fried plantain) at a jerk spot.

I was almost left behind by the bus driver who transported excursion members back to the ship because I was tempted to get a second plate of this authentic, delicious Jerk Chicken.
