Bacon Wrapped-Beef Tenderloin Smothered in BBQ-Cranberry Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 sliced bacon- per beef filet (wrap the bacon snugly around the beef before cooking, securing them around the beef with a toothpick if needed) ***I removed the toothpick before cooking the filets.
- pinch Adobo seasoning
- pinch cayenne pepper-
- pinch salt and black pepper
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 tsp garlic
- 1 oz chopped white onion
- 1 oz chopped green bell pepper
- 1/2 freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 oz cooking wine
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 can cranberry sauce
- 2 oz honey BBQ sauce
- 2 Beef filets
